Five ensembles are open to student audition each year providing the opportunity for nearly any student to have a wonderful choral experience. The University Choir, under the direction of Dr. William A Wyman, is the most visible of the choral ensembles with its annual US tours and frequent international tours. The "Touch of Class" jazz choir also tours annually throughout the states and frequently holds clinics for area and Nebraska high school and junior high swing choirs. The Chamber Singers ensemble performs the annual Elizabethan Feast Celebrations and frequently holds clinics for high school madrigal and chamber choirs. The Men's Glee and Women's Chorus offer fine choral ensemble experience to mostly non-majors.

Every year the Department of Music, sometimes in conjunction with the Theatre Department, auditions students for roles in the spring Opera or Musical Theatre Production; and each semester the voice department produces several opera scenes in Opera Workshop, giving students experience with operatic repertoire.

Nebraska Wesleyan is also home to the Lincoln Civic Choir, an amateur adult choir consisting of members from the Lincoln community.
